Sir Maduakolom Kenneth Adichibe, FCNA, popularly known as (UERE) hails from Okwulagu Afaraukwu, Umuahia North LGA Abia State. He is a committed Christian family man with a lovely Wife (Lady Blessing, Maduakola, Adighibe, CAN, a Senior Staff in the Bursury Dept of the Michael Okpara University, blessed with lovely Children,

Sir Maduakolam K. Adighibe atended Union P'rimary School Afaraukwu from 1973-1980.

His Secondary School  was at Secondary Technical School Afaraukwu Umuahia from 1981-1986.

He obtained his B,SE Accounting from Abia State University, Uturu 1999-2004

Sir MK Adighibe graduated as a Chartered Accountant from Nigeria College of Accountancy Jos, in the year 2015. He became a Fellow, Certified National Accountant (CNA) in 2017, 

A Fellow Institute of Management Consultant (IMC) 2019.

As a Financial Manager with integrity, he has worked in various financial depts. & industries for many years.

Before this time he worked with Kanival Enterprise as the Accounting Officer in the Import and Export section from 1986-1990

Maduakolam worked with Progress Bank of Nigeria from 1990-1996. At present, he is the Bursar, Trinity Theological College, Umuahia (ln Afiliation with University of Nigeria, Nsukka).He is equally an Adjunct Lecturer with Trinity Theological College, Umuahia

His pedigree as an academician, a seasoned administrator and a grass root democrat has wonderfully distinguished him among others.

IJERE as he is popularly known plays politics without bitterness. His philanthropic and humanitarian project speaks for him even beyond the shores of his immediate community.

He is the Founder and CEO of IJERE FOUNDATION, a Foundation for services of counseling, human empowerment and development. The said Foundation has produced lots of footballers through ljere Football Academy. Through ljere Agric Farm, a lot of youths have equally become self-employed. Sir Maduakolam K. Adighibe is an Entrepreneur who has empowered many youths in different fields. 

No wonder he was given the title: A PILLAR OF YOUTH AND MAN OF THE PEOPLE both in the Church and in the Community.

He is a dedicated and self-notivated person, capable of developing new ideas and projects, Working with minimum supervision, but a great Team Player. Sir M.K. Adighibe is well focused and ever willing to adapt to changes in any cnvironment. Above all, he is very

dependable and comnitted to achieving set organizational goals.
