The fundamental Philosophy of the College is concerned with man and his complex nature in relation to his creator and his destiny. This really aims at complimenting the emphasis of secular institutions who tend to major on the Sciences, Commerce and Arts, and at the same time, the College lays hold on the Christian claim of the sacradontal fact of life itself. There is therefore a conscious emphasis on learning and moral education. Every nation, and more so Nigeria, needs a sense of direction in learning and morality. The role of the college in this regard over the past generations cannot be overemphasized. She will not relent her efforts until a desired just society, a heaven on earth, is achieved.
The curriculum therefore is designed to hold in balance both learning and morality, a meeting of the heart and mind, with a Priestly emphasis, and the College offers a unique opportunity for this for the continued vision and mission of the Church in Nigeria for a better society.
